An independent studio for AI products.
Nema is based in Cologne. We design, build and run our products ourselves – from the first line of code to the servers. That way we decide how they work, not a platform in between.
Nema is run by Leonardo Antonio Carta.

03How we build
The same foundations for every product.
Pseudonymization as a principle
What an AI model does not need to know, it should not see. Recognizable details are replaced with placeholders before text is processed further.
Small amounts of data
We process and keep only what a purpose needs – and not longer than necessary.
Open about limits
Every measure has limits, and we name them. Where a product relies on services outside the EU, such as AI models, its privacy policy says so.
